Tips for having a healthy relationship

Keeping happiness in someone else’s hands is a mistake, because in the end you still expect everything from that person, as if it were the only thing that makes you happy. And that cannot be everything in your life. Master your life and let that person be something else to make you happy. Our happiness is formed by several pillars that sustain us. If one pillar falls, the other will be there to reach you. But if you only have one pillar and it falls, you fall. You are building this pillar o poder do chá de sumiço. You are entirely responsible for your happiness.

Trust in the partner is one of the foundations of a relationship, we all know that insecurity and jealousy speak louder, the desire to look at the cell phone, messages, photos of the partner. Know your partner’s position at all times and have complete control over what the person is doing. And sometimes that control gets out of control and causes a fight to invade the space of the other party, or even make the person feel trapped and willing to flee. Trusting your partner and letting go of that person all the time is healthy and gives you the freedom to trust others too, after all, it is a two-way street.

We describe some tips for having a healthy relationship.

Checks: To worry

Being present is very important, but remember that paying attention is different from smothering the relationship. You don’t have to send messages every day, but that doesn’t mean you should ignore them! Some attitudes that can help:

  • Chat naturally
  • Show interest in the subject
  • Evaluate the company

Social life

Respect social life, friends, personal taste and encourage your partner to continue doing the things he loves and to go out with friends, relationships are not a prison. The balance between what you like is essential.
Understanding

You are usually jealous, the problem is how you deal with it! Analyze the situation, don’t make decisions about justice (the moment when ‘the blood in your head’ often exaggerates us) and talk about how you felt, your thinking and how you can deal with the laws. .

Don’t make comparisons, it creates a bad feeling and gets you nowhere.

During an argument, do not raise your voice, be aggressive or insulting, avoid complaints or tantrums of any kind. All of this promotes and harms the relationship! You can have a fair discussion with a lot of education and understanding on both sides. Do this exercise.

Be kind

Love is one of the most important pillars in a relationship, so apply it daily. Praise the person and his accomplishments (big or small). Show affection, here we must remember that everyone has some form of love, some prefer gifts, companionship and affection. Always be alive, plan activities and events to do together.
